FAQs: Conference Venue in New Jersey
How long can the space be rented for?
4 hours; however if you require additional time please consult with your event manager. Additional fees may be applicable.
Till what time can we be at the venue?
Must be concluded by 10pm
Do you have Wifi?
Yes, Wifi is Free and available in all buildings.
How soon can we arrive to set up for an event?
2 Hours before but we can make accommodations.
Will you have AV Techs on hand?
Yes, We can schedule AV Techs for your special day if you are interested in utilizing our projector screen as part of your event.
Can we bring in our own decorations?
Yes, however, NO open flames or helium balloons are allowed. Please inform your personal event manager of the decorations you are looking to bring in to receive approval.
Are you insured?
Yes we are, please ask your event manager about the process to obtain a Certificate of Insurance.
Does the facility come with furniture?
Yes, all of our venues have a range of table sizes and chairs. If you want specific types please consult with your event manager.
Can you recommend photographers or videographers for our meeting?
We can recommend local professionals familiar with our spaces, or you can bring your own.
